The leading suppliers of food and beverages, research and development, production and marketing met again at Food Ingredients Europe (FI Europe), the world’s leading trade fair for food ingredients. From November 28 to 30, Messe Frankfurt opened its doors and gates to showcase Europe’s latest food and beverage innovations. As a manufacturer of high-quality pectin, Herbstreith & Fox was also there. It was an inspiring few days at FI Europe. The new, modern and open trade fair stand provided the perfect ambience for generating new contacts and revitalizing existing customer relationships.
