- High methylester Classic Apple, Classic Citrus and Combi Plus pectins suitable for all organic jams, marmalades and fruit spreads with a soluble solids content of more than 60 °Brix
- Low methylester pectins with special suitability for organic applications with a soluble solids content of approx. 50 – 60 °Brix
- Low methylester pectins with special suitability for organic applications with a soluble solids content of approx. 30 – 50 °Brix and a reduced sugar content. Gelation also possible without added calcium.
