Organic jams and organic fruit spreads with customized H&F Pectins

Herbstreith & Fox offers pectins with the full range from 30 ° to 70 °Brix in high quality for reliable recipes. Specialized H&F pectins are individually adapted to the requirements and wishes of manufacturers of jams, marmalades or fruit spreads.

  • High methylester Classic Apple, Classic Citrus and Combi Plus pectins suitable for all organic jams, marmalades and fruit spreads with a soluble solids content of more than 60 °Brix
  • Low methylester pectins with special suitability for organic applications with a soluble solids content of approx. 50 – 60 °Brix
  • Low methylester pectins with special suitability for organic applications with a soluble solids content of approx. 30 – 50 °Brix and a reduced sugar content. Gelation also possible without added calcium.
