CITRUS PECTIN AMID CS 005
For particularly cohesive & chewy textures

  •  Firmness adjustable through dosages ranging from approximately 1.5% to 4.0%
  • Even with high product firmness, a cohesive, chewy texture can be achieved
  • A mildly sour taste is possible, as only a small amount of buffer salt is needed
  • Low cooking viscosity, easy to deposit
